Cancellation Policy

Please allow LBDnails 24hrs in advance to cancel your booked appointment. Doing this insures time to try to fill your sudden cancellation and in return, you will receive deposit back. Failure to abide by cancellation policy results in non-refunding the deposit. BE MINDFUL OF SICK or BAD WEATHER MONTHS, i would still need 24hr advance to cancel & receive deposit back! EMERGENCIES are uncontrollable but so is my sudden opening the day of. Fortunately, thats why policies are made; so even if you can’t show-i can still get partial payment for showing up to work regardless. Thank you for your understanding & i look forward to seeing you!
